Withdrawal form / Cancel order

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you usually have the right to withdraw from an online purchase within 14 days, without giving a reason.

Digital audio downloads

Flower of Sound sells digital audio products, including immersive audio files and experiences. During checkout, we ask you to agree that we can make the digital content available immediately after payment.
If you give this consent and then start downloading or accessing the digital content, your statutory right of withdrawal may no longer apply.
If you have not yet downloaded, opened, streamed or accessed the digital product, you may still be able to withdraw within the legal 14-day withdrawal period.

Technical problems

If you cannot download, open or play your purchased file, please contact us at [email protected] before submitting a withdrawal request.

We will first try to help you access the correct file or format. If the digital product is defective and we cannot resolve the issue, we will review whether a replacement, alternative format or refund is appropriate.

How to withdraw / cancel your order

Fill in the form below. Please include:

  • your name
  • the email address used for the order
  • your order number
  • the product name, if known
  • a short message, if relevant

After submitting, you will receive an automatic confirmation by email with the date and time of your request. We will then review your request according to EU rules for digital content and our Terms and Conditions.

Use this form to exercise your withdrawal right under applicable EU consumer protection law. Submitting it registers your request and we will confirm by email; it does not by itself mean the withdrawal is accepted.

Your withdrawal is subject to the legal deadlines and conditions: the 14-day period (for goods, counted from delivery; for digital content, from the start of the download) and the statutory exceptions to the right of withdrawal. We verify these before confirming, so submitting a request does not by itself guarantee its acceptance.
